So very impressed with your shop! I recently had a very bad experience with a big retailer, so I decided to find a local shop instead and found you via the internet. I am so glad I did. Your service was so great. You texted my friend and when you found out she wasn't at home, you took the delivery to her where she was instead! That was so far above and beyond.
