I found out a co worker had a death in the family, on Monday morning at 8:30 am. Service was going to be at 10:00 am. I called at 8:40 the order was placed and delivery was may at 10:15 am. Considering I called in order on short notice I was impressed it got there for the service.

I haven't seen the flowers, but they were delivered quickly. I appreciated that. I have to hope they were what I ordered.
After I placed the order online, I realized I had forgotten to sign the card--to indicate who the flowers were from. I called and a young woman helped me make the changes and she was very patient with me.

These flowers were for my brother who had just gotten home from a hospital stay that morning. I had asked for sunflowers. He called me to tell me about the beautiful sunflower arrangement he had received. I had called at noon and the arrangement was delivered that pm. He was very pleased as was I. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied. Website is user friendly and communication was great. I received an email that order has been received as well as an email notifying me that flowers had been delivered. Would not hesitate to recommend Ava's to friends n Montana.
