Avas didn't have the color roses shown on the website for the arrangement I ordered, but they called me to ask permission to use a different color. Then the person I was sending them to was discharged from the hospital and I thought she would not get the flowers at all that day. Avas really went out of their way, delivering the flowers to her home at about 6 PM on NEW YEAR'S EVE. Thanks Avas! I really appreciate your kind responsiveness and great service. I will continue to order flowers through you in the future.

It was a seamless experience - starting an order on the website, hitting a glitch in what I wanted, and being able to have your live representative offer a solution and get the arrangement delivered on the same day (solved the issue within a few minutes). I haven't seen the photo yet, but I heard the arrangement was very beautiful. Thank you so much!
