The website was easy to use. I liked the range of choices for (funeral) flowers and the range of prices. It helped that certain things were on sale (I picked one of those). I also appreciated the e-mail follow-ups: even though I didn't feel a need to track my order, it was great knowing I could have if I needed to. Haven't heard how the flowers were received (aka the product quality) so I'll let you know if I hear anything.
