I appreciated the level of customer service, especially when I had to quickly change the delivery date. I was disappointed that even though I ordered the large bouquet, what actually arrived was not as full as what was shown online, and feel I therefore did not get the full value of paying the larger amount.

I've ordered flowers for my mother from ya'll a couple of times now and you definitely don't disappoint! It's so nice to have somewhere that I can order from even though I live in Australia. Website was easy, confirmation email upon delivery was a nice touch. I thought having to pay for the greeting card was a bit of a cash grab..somehow work that into your price.

I wish we could have gotten a picture of the flowers that were actually delivered to her. When you order online you don't really know what you are getting. My hope is that they were very nice and made her day! The ordering experience was easy. Thank you all.
