I did order the express delivery to arrive by 1pm on the desired day. I got a message back saying it had arrived at 4pm that day ......... Not worth the trouble to investigate, but I hope that was wrong.

I am waiting see a picture but the recipients have emailed me and said it is very nice. It was delivered well-within the estimated time frame and the confirmation was personal (including the name of the family member who signed for the delivery. That is a nice touch (rather that a generic response), Thank you!

My order was placed in an orderly manner,but my Aunt did not recieve them till after 6pm on day of her birthday.She said they were pretty.So everything was ok I just wish she had gotten them earlier.,Next time will try to get a morning delivery.

The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and experienced. He requested all the information and less than a minute after we hung up I had the invoice for the flowers I ordered. I was really impressed. It was a great experience!

I was very impressed with the timeliness of service from everyone at your company I interacted with. I also appreciated the ability to review and edit my order online with the confirmation email you sent. I'd suggest you have your telephone operators make sure that those ordering by phone that provide email addresses know that they'll be able to edit their order online via the confirmation message. I sent a couple of edit request emails before I noticed that functionality.

Hi the flowers were very nice but they delivered a day early on the 12th instead of the 13th as was discussed and they were in the box till Saturdaypoor things !!Thanks though but why did they deliver early ?by a day
