I talked to Dana when I called, but she said I needed to talk to a different department. When transferred over, I spoke with Cesar, who answered my questions and helped me place my order. My niece sent a picture of the bouquet and it was beautiful. I'm very happy with the entire experience and would use Avas Florists again, if I ever need flowers sent in Vancouver again.
