The recipient of the arrangement was very pleased. The order had to be substituted and she sent me a picture MIT looked very nice and was very similar to what I had originally ordered. You also made attempts to contact me which were appreciated although we did not connect. Thank, Jennifer Peterson

I liked your computer system for ordering. It was easy to use. I also liked that you had a phone number listed if I wanted to call you. I also really liked that phone call and verification. That was cool. I also was very pleased that you delivered it by 4:45 when I had requested before 4:00, and even though there was not a guarantee, you got it there when you did. Thank you!
