I called from out of town to order flowers for a funeral. This is an uncertain experience as you often do not know about the delivery or what will be delivered. I appreciated getting an e-mail that the flowers were delivered. My cousin told me that they flowers were beautiful and sent me a picture. I was very pleased with everything. Thank you Alice
