The flowers were beautiful. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and very helpful. Cross was delivered on Saturday as promised. The family was also pleased I was told it was the favorite piece of Delma's daughter. I am a retired florist of over 20 years 12 of those I owned my own shop. My point is I can be very critical, so I want to let you know I am very happy with my order and the service from Ava's Flowers. Thank you again
