The flowers were pretty but nothing like what I ordered. I wanted the light pink pastel arrangement but received the brighter colored ones. I was very disappointed!!!! Probably won't use again. I know it said flowers may differ but they should have at least been the same colors.

I realized at 8: a.m. that the funeral of a relative of a friend of ours was that morning at 11:30 .... I live in Baton Rouge and the funeral was in Lake Charles. The website stated that the plant would arrive by 12: that day.. I spoke with a lady on the phone and begged her to please make sure, if possible, the plant arrived before the service began. She was kind and said she would see to it. I found out on Sunday that the plant arrived on time. Thank you so much for the personal touch. The bereaved family member to,d me that the plant was lovely.

My best friend had a birthday on the 5th. I had already gotten her several gifts and taken her out for lunch the weekend before but I got the urge to send her some pretty flowers. I was worried that it was kind of last minute but I wanted to try anyway. I spotted a very pretty arrangement that I thought she would like. I ordered them for delivery that day and they were delivered that afternoon. I was wrong to assume she would like them, she LOVED THEM!!! Thank you and I will continue to use Avas Flowers.
