I was very pleased at Ava's service and follow through to check my order and message the florist in the city I was sending them to for instructions on color choice. I was texted / emailed about updates on delivery, but when I tried the link it did not give me updated information. I did not create an account, so maybe this is the reason. But I heard from the receiver that they were delivered the next day, and the arrangement was beautiful. THX for your help.

Delivery was prompt. I was not pleased with the arrangement I was provided which led to a call to customer service. I requested that I be charged for the small vs the large as I didn't feel the real life representation came close to the picture of the smaller assortment pictured online. Care was patient, respectful and understanding. Your team went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for the great support!

I appreciated the driver calling when Erin wasn't home. I was able to let her know when she got home to check the front door. It was really nice to hear her when she saw the flowers. She said they were beautiful. So thank you for everything. Jan McElheny

Hello, thanks for asking: one the price was a little steep and two I was not happy with the timeliness of the delivery, when I made the order I was told that it would arrive around 1:00 TO 1:30 PM and it was not delivered until apprx. 4:30 pm. I was satisfied with the flowers themselves though.
