The flowers look just as they do online. My sister has sent me pictures each day to show how they are opening. I have often ordered flowers from elsewhere and don't get the arrangement as specified. Thank you for the great service! Enjoy your day!

What excellent customer service. I received an email confirming my order and an email once the flowers were delivered. Given that I am in Washington, DC and the flowers were delivered in Texas, it made me feel so good knowing the status of my order at every stage. The woman who took my order over the phone was knowledgeable and very kind. Overall, the experience was terrific. Thank you!
