I had a wonderful experience working with Avas Flower! I called their number direct as I had some special instructions and questions for my order. The agent was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice since I was dealing with a sympathy occasion. The only thing I was uncertain of was whether or not I was speaking with a local employee in the city where I was ordering the flowers or a national agent at a call center. But either way, she was very helpful. What I appreciate most of all was the computerized feedback letting me know when the flowers were delivered and who accepted them. It was a relief to be assured that all had been taken care of! I would definitely use them again!
