The order processing and delivery occurred within 24 hours which was astounding. However, I felt a bit cheated, as the delivered product did not quite match the item description. Allthough the recipient didn't know this and was thrilled with the arrangement, I was kind of disappointed. There were supposed to be 6 roses and yet only 4 were present. It seemed a bit of a slight after paying a total of $75.00.

The best feedback I can give for your excellent service came from Gary's wife..."the flowers you sent for Gary's home going was just perfect, bright and big...lol. Gary always liked to be in the spotlight of everything and your arrangement was perfect. Thank you again. What ever occasion I chose when ordering from Avas, I am never disappointed. Thank you for your constant quality and great customer service.

Excellent Web-Site experience while placing and paying for the order. Beyond that, I have no idea. I didn't attend the wake or the service since I live in another state. So as far as the floral presentation goes, I have no idea of what it even looked like. Would be a nice idea for the local florist creating the arrangement to electronically send a picture of the actual arrangement to Ava's Flowers to be forwarded to the customer(s) (who reside out of state). All I can say at this point is, I ordered, I paid, it was delivered (?), it was completed as ordered (?) and it was on time (?).
