The ordering process went very smooth. The website is user friendly, I received updates informing me my order was placed and the flowers had been delivered, and Avas Flowers sent email correspondence wanting to know if I was a satisfied customer. Avas Flowers is one of the best florist I have used, excellent customer service, arrangements and website.

I was very happy with the service. Avas delivery called the recipient just before delivery to make sure someone was home at the time to take delivery on a fruit and gourmet gift basket. It was also raining and the basket could not be left outside. It was safely delivered to everyone's satisfaction. I would use Avas again.

I am a first time customer who needed assistance navigating your ordering system to ensure that the information was entered accurately because I was placing a same day order. I spoke with a very pleasant customer care agent who not only place the order for me but took the time to explain the ordering system (particularly the area that I was unsure of what data to enter). I was assured that my order would reach its destination that evening. I ended the call confident that I would be able to navigate and utilize the ordering system for future orders. I was very pleased with the floral arrangement. I was absolutely beautiful. Thank you.
