The associate that took my order was AWESOME, explaining every detail of the order. She sounded as if she appreciated my order and that what I felt as the customer was most important. Once the order was delivered, the person receiving said the arrangement was beautiful.

Service was excellent. Flowers looked great. Flowers were fresh. Balloons looked great. Expected a stuff bear but received a donkey looking Animal. Still great doing business with Avas. I will return. I love the website with clear Pictures makes it easier to select an item.
