Wow! Do better!? You were so good the first time! Everything from customer service... taking the time to listen and getting my thoughts on what I was wanting to have delivered... to having the delivery done in less than 2 hours, everything perfect and helping us bring Birthday surprise and joy to our daughter-n- law... Our group (from Ohio) was sending flowers to a co-worker in Tennessee we had just found out was in the hospital. I was impressed Avas called to tell me to tell me the delivery was going to be delayed because the our friend was still in ICU. But it would have been nice to get confirmation the flowers were delivered.
