I live in Florida, did not it to go to funeral in Tennessee. But was told the flowers were delivered on time and were very pretty. This is the first time I've ever used a florist shop, but if need to again I will use your florist shop.

My friend called the minute the delivery person left. She was thrilled with the bouquet and all its colors. The boxes of candy were readily received as well. Thank you for making a Belated birthday surprise a very nice one!

Customer service was great. When ordering it showed same day service but I later got a confirmation for delivery the next day. I called very upset, heartbroken, it wouldn't be there in time as this was for a funeral set for 11 a.m. the following day. The customer service rep I spoke with worked with me and was able to have the arrangement delivered that afternoon. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
