Your delivery was very quick. My salesperson who spoke with me was helpful and described what was being sent and I could visualize the arrangement and knew it would be beautiful and when Melissa called after receiving the arrangement she was so happy how beautiful it was. My email follow ups from Avas were a great touch knowing she received them just 2 hrs after I placed the order and in a time of grief this is a real comfort. Mostly though I appreciated how helpful the guy was on the phone. His description of arrangement helped me know what y'all were sending would be the best y'all could do to help Melissa feel that we were sending lots of love her way. Thanks
