Initially, I was doing an order online, but I was not sure if I needed to put the name of the funeral home, or the name of the church where the deceased was to be buried. I called Ava's to ask advice. The lady who helped me was professional and courteous, and she said she would take care of the order for me. She said she would make sure the arrangement got to the church by 1:00 PM the next day. Everything was delivered on time. Thank you all for your expertise.
