I received a picture of Iola with her 95th birthday flowers. They were lovely. Thank you for calling her daughter in advance so she could be there to make sure the door was answered as mom has almost no hearing. Really appreciated that you were willing to do this. If I need flowers in Surprise again, I will be sure and use Ava's.

I sent flowers to someone as a thank you, and as it turned out she was out of town and without cell phone service for a few days. By the time she received the messages the original bouquet was probably limp, so they made her a new bouquet, which I find to be exceptional customer service. Thank you! The recipient also said the flowers were beautiful.
