Just wished I could have gotten a person in the states to help. When I noticed my invoiced was incorrect, it was doubled, I immediately called the number and the lady on the other end was not local and was having a hard time communicating. However, she managed to tell me my order was corrected. I asked for a revised invoice showing that you had created my account but never received anything. I called the next day to find my order was cancelled, but never received notice of this and a young man assisted me and had a hard time explain what was going on. We finally got the order sorted then I go to my email to find only after talking to him responses but never received a new corrected invoice of what you were charging my credit card. It would be nice to know who is fulfilling my order but when asked I was told they couldn't tell me. Don't think I will use you again to much stress to deal with out of country people who don't understand English.
