I thoroughly enjoyed getting emails of the status of the floral delivery. For this occasion it was crucial that the delivery happened same-day (THANK YOU FOR THAT FEATURE!) and several of us went in on this gift for a colleague. I was able to share the emails and let everyone know the delivery was made same-day, we weren't left guessing. I do enjoy the follow-up in this manner. Thanks to everyone on the staff for making this delivery happen!

We are from out of town and our order was sight unseen.Our was a same day delivery request and Avas did a great job of getting the arrangement to it's destination on a very timely manner. Overall, good experience with Ava's.
