I filled everything out online. Great website and very easy to do. About 5 minutes after I sent my order I received a call from a nice man who informed me that my friend lived in such a rural area that they couldn't deliver. He then said he would upgrade my order to a dozen roses and they would be delivered by UPS the next day for the same price as my previous order. My friend sent a picture of herself with the beautiful roses the next day. Couldn't have been happier with your service!!!
