Delivery person called me when he thought the delivery address was incorrect. He was polite and professional. The lack of the word "Lake" was a quick fix and he accepted full responsibility for the oversight. The recipient thoroughly enjoyed the flowers. Thank you!

Delivery was exactly what was promised. Flowers were beautiful and fresh. But they were not arranged as the picture showed. The stems were much longer and there was much less sunflowers than pictured. The arrangement was very open and took up much more space then was hoping.
