The agent on the phone did her job well guiding me through each step. The arrangement I chose was delivered that day as I was told it would be. I liked receiving updates toward delivery. My friend loved them and sent me a picture of the flowers. The bouquet looked a bit skimpier than what the picture on your website shows. All in all, I was satisfied with your quick service and help.
