It's never fun to order funeral flowers for a loved one, but Ava's made the experience as good as it could be. Since I live out of state, I phoned in my order. The representative was kind and helpful and professional. Also, it was reassuring to receive notification of delivery completion. One thing you might consider to amp up your customer service from excellent to Excellent+ is to forward a picture of the finished product and card to the customer.
