I called your store directly from Oklahoma to order flowers for our son for his show "HAM" at the Pasadena Playhouse . I selected an arrangement from your website online . It was delivered on time and he thought it was beautiful . He sent me a picture of the flowers . I noticed that there was no bow on the vase , which was an extra charge that I told would be added . Also the description online and in the photo said a pink vase . Then I was told it would be a clear vase. Please explain . The extra charges were very high. It was supposed to be a discount and free delivery but unknown added fees made the total price above the original onder . I am pleased with the flowers and the delivery . Not the price . Thank you . They did an excellent job. A valued customer's father died, and we found out about it at 8AM in the morning. They delivered a beautiful cross spray and delivered it well before the funeral at 1 PM.
