The gal who took the order for me was very sweet, sympathetic and kindhearted. I could not have asked for a nicer person to take the order and to get the words correctly on the card for my friend who is dying. My heart is breaking. Avas flower employees were lovely at this very precious time. I hope you take my words seriously to be as sweet and gentle with everyone like me who needs that very special touch for both parties.
