great customer service and helpful recomindations

Your flowers made our sister-in-law very, very happy. She was having one of those awful days when everything goes wrong, and had sat down at the kitchen table to cry. Then our order arrived, and the timing couldn't have been better. She called right away to thank us and describe how beautiful the bouquet was, and to say the awful day had turned around. She's in Florida, and we're in Texas, so there are not a lot of ways to ease her burden, but flowers do say we love her and we send good wishes. Thank you for making a good deed possible.
