My experience with your establishment was very good. The recipient was extremely pleased the arrangement and as a Buffalo Bills fan was thrilled with the colors. Also, your delivery person was exceptional. When he/she saw that the recipient was using a walker he/she offered to bring the arrangement into the house, which he/she did and provided a very pleasant experience for the recipient. I order the peace lily before and during the delivery I received I received numerous updates tracking the plant until it was received. Customer service was very polite and professional.
