From the moment your agent answered the phone I received only the best in listening skills and communication, a rare talent these days. As I explained a close friend had just passed away it was hoped that the delivery of the Fruit and Gourmet Basket could be delivered the next day. It was an abnormal request, as normally it doesn't happen on Saturdays. When a supervisor was conferred with, the answer came back they would go out and get the fruit that night (Friday) and they would deliver it to the family on Saturday. I did get notification that the basket had been delivered on the Saturday. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Thank you very much to those involved and the company that encourages that type of service.
