My experience with Ava's has been quite good. The order was due to an unexpected family death. Thus, I very much appreciate the ease of placing my order, the multiple follow ups to keep me informed of the status. Thank you very much. I dobut there will be another occasion to order from Ava's but if there is I will definitely itely be a repeat customer. PS The flowers were beautiful.

I ordered flowers at 7 and they arrived around 2pm, thank you so much for the text and email alert as well. My only partial issue is I ordered a green vase and a clear one was delivered. Not a big deal obviously just wanted to let you all know

We were disappointed that no notice or message was left on the delivery day when no one was home. The recipient was home the next day when the arrangement was re-delivered and she was thrilled with the plants and flowers. Thank you!
