Our friends said it was a gorgeous plant and the flowers had blossomed beautifully. It made them smile on a very sad day.

I placed my order online and the website was easy to use. My complaint is about the phone call I made to change the delivery date. The noise in the background was horrible. It made it very difficult to understand what the woman was saying. And on top of the noise, she had a VERY thick accent. I kept asking her to repeat what she said. What should have been a 4 min call was at least 15 min. I finally asked her where she was located and never did understand what she said. Was she in another country ? She was polite and helpful and the delivery date was changed for me. I guess that should be all that matters. But the phone experience was grating on my nerves BIG TIME.
