After spelling the name of the person the flowers were in honor of while placing the order, the name on the order was incorrect. It was spelled Winflett. One of the names on the sympathy card was incorrectly spelled...Trehoda instead of Prehoda. These names were spelled numerous times when placing the original order. After reviewing the order on-line, I made efforts to make the necessary changes and was somewhat successful. Mrs. Winslett's name was still spelled with a "f" on the card, however, Mr. Prehoda's was spelled correctly. Bottom line...it's embarrassing to send a sympathy arrangement to someone with the name misspelled. Instead of being able to speak with someone personally, I had to correct it in writing, on-line, and it was still wrong. The plant was pretty and the family and I appreciate that. You should rethink the efficiency of an on-line program instead of personal attention by being able to speak one-on-one with someone. It would have given me incentive to use your business again.
