Order was placed over the phone. the girl helping me looked through store to find one of their nicest plants. I placed order, she took down information for card, and item arrived on time. Very pleased with the service. Recipients said the plant was beautiful.

This order was for my 92 year old mother. When she answered the door, the delivery person asked "Katherine?" and my mother answered "yes, but I think you have the wrong address, no one ever sends me roses." The delivery person responded, "I believe I have the right Katherine and these are for you" Mother (Katherine) said to me the roses were the prettiest she had ever received (she has gotten roses before) and the delivery woman was very warm and kind.
