Customer service representative was friendly and helpful. She helped me with my selection in flowers. She told me when the delivery would be made and it happened. The experience was excellent I will use this company again.

I ordered a dozen yellow roses by phone to be delivered to our daughter Iin Jamaica Plain part of Boston to celebrate a major career accomplishment. It arrived 2 hours earlier than promised. Our daughter loved them and sent us a picture... they were beautiful!
