The delivery was beyond expectations; It arrived a very short time after it was ordered. Whoever took the order was polite and concerned, offered suggestions but was not pushy. The recipient was almost overwhelmed, and the thank-you note we received said, in part, "Thank you ....for the GORGEOUS rose bouquet!" WE were extremely pleased!
