Your employee that took my order was very helpful and personable. She answered my questions and helped me in placing my order. Since I am from out of state and not familiar with the area or facilities, I appreciated all if get help. The flowers were delivered that same day. I have received a picture if the flowers and am quite satisfied with your product. Hopefully I won't have any more family in the hospital in the near future. However if I do, I will contact you again. Thank you for your help.
