Today I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. She lives in Brooklyn, New York and I live in Toronto, Canada. I was lucky enough to talk to one of your sales representatives, by the name of Josephine. She was incredibly helpful and very nice. I am an elderly person and English is not my first language, but Josephine was so patient and accommodating, that I just wanted to say Thank you one more time and praise your business for having such a wonderful person
