As I live in Florida , I was pleased with the delivery service and trusted that my order was special , for a very special girl , who has had a real hard last few weeks. She lost both parents with in ten days and earlier had to say good bye to her best friend , a German Shepard . Thanks for your prompt response , she said it was nice.

The young lady who helped me on the phone that day was extremely helpful. It was a very sad time and she understood. You are fortunate to have a n employee like that working for you. I heard from Mrs. Goodwin who stated the white poinsettia was beautiful and could not say enough how meaningful it meant to the family in this terrible loss they were enduring.
