The flowers were ordered on the 11th to be delivered on the 20th which was Dorothy Musselman's 95th birthday. Flowers were delivered on the 12th in error and the delivery person did check with the office to find out that they were to be delivered on the 20th. He left with the flowers. Then flowers were delivered on the 19th not the 20th as ordered. Not sure why they arrived a day early but better early then not at all so they were left. I am in Canada so have not seen the flowers but have been told that they are lovely. So thank you very much for that. I am waiting to see pictures. I can not comment on the flowers since I have not seem them. You ask what you can do better and my only suggestion is to get the delivery date correct. This is very important. Cheers, Helen Dicks
