The Christmas tree ornament arrangement was way over the top. It was much better then the picture. You won't be disappointed if you want to send for Christmas or just a thank you. My brother and his wife were VERY HAPPY to display it as the first center piece for Christmas. I will definitely use Ava's in the future. Kiddo's to the wonderful staff! Janet and Dustin

The flowers were beautiful and the service was fast. In fact was faster than expected. I had requested the flowers to be delivered on March 22 (the birthday of the recipient) and they arrived on March 21 (a day earlier). But she liked the flowers very much so it was OK. For this, I would give them 4.5 out of 5 stars (discount of half a star for doing it a bit too early). However, other than that, the service was great, the customer service which i called to make a clarification and instructions was very courteous, and delivery was fast. I would definitely recommend Avas Flowers.
