The items were delivered on time, very well packaged as to preserve the flowers well, and the card was done very well - nice card! The plant was beautiful, and it was nice to have the tracking. My only negative was small... The pot ordered looked like a glass pot, and the plant arrived in a very plain plastic pot - no problem for the receipient, as she had a pot she wanted to put the plant in. In all, I would recommend purchasing through AvasFlowers, and I will order through them again. Sincerely, Chris Crowell

I was unable to attend my aunt's funeral so I didn't see the flowers, however, I did asked my family members about the flowers and they told me they were lovely. Thank you for making me look good.

My experience was very good. Superior customer service.!! I called late in the day and didn't think I would be able to get flowers to my sister-in-law on her birthday. I was not expecting that your staff would go above and beyond to accommodate me. The flowersecond were delivered within a hour or two of my call, and she said the flowes were beautiful. It was my first time calling, but you can be sure it won't be my last. I was very impressed, and we recommend my family and friends
