The delivery driver called me up as he was having trouble finding the delivery address since it was a multiple building complex. I gave him more detailed directions and he said he had to get a delivery to a wedding and he would deliver my gift first thing in the morning. Later the same day, my mother called me and thanked me for the flowers. She said the delivery driver said he was coming back after making his wedding delivery and decided to make one last stop so that she could get her anniversary flowers on her anniversary. I really appreciated the extra effort made by that delivery driver. He went above and beyond and made sure my parents got their anniversary flowers on their anniversary. I appreciate the dedication to service.
