I am located in another state at the time and did not see the arrangement. I was given notice that it was delivered in a very timely manner and that the arrangement was "beautiful", per our daughter. Thank you for the care you took when I could not be present.

The person I spoke with was very nice, however, he was very difficult to understand. It made it difficult to process the order. Also, talking with him I could hear a lot of people in the background. In fact, I asked him why it was so noisey. Unfortunately, I almot didn't place the order because I wasn't totally comformtable in knowing that your conpany was legitimate. On a good note my sister was very happy with the flowers and she told me they were beautiful.
