We received a very courteous response to our request for birthday balloons delivered to the home of the American Comedy Company's owners ( our daughter Rebekah and son-in-law Justin ). I called rather late in the afternoon of Saturday March 4th but was told that I was in luck because the balloons could be delivered within a 2 hour window from when I made the call which pleased us no end!

Overall GREAT 1st time experience using Avas. I was doubtful that they would be delivered on time, since I ordered on a Sunday, but yo really came through. Beautiful arrangement and on time in ALASKA! Well Done!

I did not realize that the balloons could not be left on the recipient's front porch. The delivery person went out of their way to deliver them to the recipient's place of business, which was quite a bit away from the original delivery location. Thank you very much for going above and beyond what was expected.
