Robert took my call and was able to get the flowers delivered that day which made all the difference. Melissa and Eric were thrilled with the flowers and it helped Melissa work through her anxiety about the service for the dad which was scheduled for the next day. It really made a difference to know they were supported, they expressed their appreciation several times after the service. Thank you, Jeannine
