My daughter-in-law was very pleased with the flowers/card/balloon. And I was very impressed with Kissinger, my rep who took the order. He missed nothing, I didn't have to repeat over and over and he captured everything and made suggestions. The only issue I have is that it was delivered later than I requested. I asked for delivery between 9 and 11 am Eastern, the day after I order it, paid $9.95 to have it done quickly. It was delivered at 1 pm. It may have been because I'm mountain time, and 1 pm Eastern is 11 am Mountain. But I specified Eastern. It worked out OK because she was still there, but I was concerned that the flowers may have missed her. No need to get anyone in trouble, just wanted you to know.
